The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to new shopping centers, softball fields, shops, restaurants, university activities. There is a great selection of food for breakfast, and everything was good.

We were on our way back to AR from Orlando and Universal. Our van broke down in Gainesville. We stayed at the Homewood Suites while our van was being repaired--myself, my daughter and my four grandchildren. The suite was perfect for us, and the staff was very accommodating when we had to extend our stay waiting for a part to come in. The kids loved the pool!
